Why one product

Most car accessory shops sell four hundred things badly. We sell one thing and try to know everything about it, because the difference between a wireless CarPlay adapter that works and one that lives in a drawer after a fortnight comes down to details that are invisible on a product listing.

What we actually do

We source the adapter, test it against as many cars as we can get access to, keep a record of what works and what doesn't, and answer the compatibility question honestly before you spend money. That last part is the whole business. An adapter sold to someone whose car can't use it is a refund, a bad review and a wasted week for both of us.

So if you email us and the answer is "this won't work in your car", that is what we will tell you.

What we're not

We are not Apple, and we are not Google. ZeroCord is an independent brand. Apple and CarPlay are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Android and Android Auto are trademarks of Google LLC. We use those names only to tell you what our product is compatible with.

We also don't manufacture the silicon inside the adapter — very few companies at this size do, and any brand claiming otherwise at this price is stretching the truth. We specify the hardware, put our name and our warranty on it, and stand behind it for 12 months.
