1. Who you are dealing with

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including their limitations. Colours can render differently between screens, and packaging may change without notice.
Compatibility. ZeroCord converts existing factory wired CarPlay or Android Auto to wireless. It cannot add CarPlay or Android Auto to a vehicle that does not already have it. Compatibility lists on this site are guidance based on our own testing and customer reports — they are not a warranty that a specific vehicle trim or software version will work. Where a customer's vehicle turns out to be incompatible, our refund policy applies.
4. Trademarks
Apple, CarPlay and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. Android and Android Auto are trademarks of Google LLC. [BUSINESS_NAME] is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Vehicle manufacturer names are the property of their respective owners. All such names are used solely to describe compatibility.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). They do not include GST, because we are not currently registered for GST. We can change prices at any time, but the price you saw at checkout is the price we charge for that order.
Payment is taken at the time you order, through Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not store your card details.
We may refuse or cancel an order — with a full refund — where there has been an obvious pricing error, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot ship to your address. A pricing error means something plainly wrong, such as a decimal point in the wrong place, not a price you simply consider high.
6. Orders and delivery
An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we received your order, not acceptance of it. The contract forms when we dispatch the goods.
Delivery estimates are estimates. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Our shipping policy forms part of these terms.
7. Returns and consumer guarantees
Our refund policy forms part of these terms.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you are in another country, your local consumer law may give you equivalent or additional rights. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
8. Safe use
Set your device up before you drive. Do not interact with your phone, this product or your car's screen while the vehicle is moving. You are responsible for obeying the road rules where you drive, including any law restricting the use of mobile devices. We are not liable for fines, accidents or losses arising from unsafe use of the product while driving.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the store to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it by automated means without permission, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.
10. Intellectual property
The text, photography, design and code on this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
11. Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review, photo, comment or suggestion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and publish it in connection with our business. You confirm it is your own work and truthful. We may decline to publish, or remove, anything misleading, unlawful or offensive. We do not offer payment or discounts in exchange for positive reviews.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 7, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Third-party links
Where we link to other sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the version that governs it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/TERRITORY], Australia, and the courts there have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
